1. Who processes the data

The smetron.pro website and the Smetron service are run by Arseniy Abdullaev, the author of the service. Contact details are below.

2. What this page collects

Until you agree to measurement, the page collects nothing. After you agree, Yandex Metrica loads: it stores cookies with a random identifier in your browser and records page visits and button clicks. It does not record your movements on the page or the contents of forms.

Your choice (agree or decline) is kept in a cookie for one year. You can change it via “Cookie settings” in the footer. The language cookie only remembers which version you chose and does not track anyone.

3. Where the data goes

Yandex Metrica is operated by Yandex LLC (Russia). There is no European Commission adequacy decision for Russia, so data is transferred there only on the basis of your explicit consent (Article 49(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw consent at any time by declining measurement; this does not affect processing that has already taken place.

4. If you try the app

The “Build an estimate” button opens a trial version of the app. The app is in Russian for now and is governed by the Russian privacy policy at smetron.pro/privacy. The app database is hosted in Frankfurt (EU). A trial account without registration is deleted automatically after 7 days.

5. Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict processing and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Write to us and we will delete your data.
